Roberto Hurtado

Roberto (Robert) P. Hurtado passed away on August 21, 2020 at the age of 54. He was born on October 6, 1965, at Tulare, California, and was a resident of Fort Stockton.

Robert loved to spend time BBQing, gardening, and listening to music. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and was always joking around. He was a great husband and an amazing father.

He is survived by his wife, Dolores; daughters Monica Mendoza (Michael) of Fort Stockton; Jessica Castilla (Alan) of Fort Stockton, and Mariana Hurtado of Fort Stockton; brother Ruben Hurtado; sisters Ana Hurtado, Josefina Padilla, Elodia Cazarez, Rosario Hurtado, and Eloisa Aguilera; grandchildren Isaac Mendoza, Victoria Mendoza, Ivan Mendoza, Alonzo Castilla, and Julieta Castilla.

Preceding him in death were his parents Arnulfo and Rosario Hurtado; brothers Arnulfo Hurtado and Juan Hurtado.

Visitation was held at Heritage Funeral Home, Fort Stockton, Texas, and the Service was held at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Downtown Location, Fort Stockton, Texas
