Modesta Rios

Modesta G. Rios passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021, at the age of 88. She was born February 24, 1933, in Sanderson, Texas to Mr. Magdaleno Fierro Rios and Ms. Antonia Gonzales Rios.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Fidel Rios, Magdaleno G Rios, Jr.; sister, Santos Gonzales; sons, Daniel Chavez and Frank Chavez.
She is survived by her sons, Ruben Dominguez, Joel Rios both of Fort Stockton, Texas, Pablo Rios Chavez and wife Lluvia of Dallas, Texas; her daughters, Mary Lou Chavez of Fort Stockton, Texas, Elva Guevara and husband Joe of Fort Stockton, Texas; siblings, Alexandra Lopez, Tanislado Rios, Nieves Celaya, Juan Rios, Lucio Rios, Maria Rios, Elvira Feyry, all of Fort Stockton, Texas; 22 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Thursday, September 9th, 2021, at 3pm at Fort Stockton Christian Center, Fort Stockton, Texas.
