Jesus M. Tavarez passed away on October 24, 2020, at the age of 84. He was born October 27, 1935 in Presidio, Texas to Manuel Tavarez and Juanita Melendez who preceded him in death along with his wife, Amanda V. Tavarez, and brothers Julian and Jose Tavarez.
Survivors include sons Ricardo Tavarez, and wife, Lesa, of Fort Stockton, Texas, Jesus Tavarez, Jr., and wife Sylvia, of El Paso, Texas, Luis Tavarez, and wife, Nikki, of Beeville, Texas, and Gabriel Tavarez, and wife, Yolanda, of Albuquerque, New Mexico; daughters Elizabeth Tavarez Goltz, of Fort Stockton and Sandra Riojas, and husband, Billy, of Alice, Texas; twenty one grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Services for Jesus Tavarez will be held on Friday, October 30, at 10AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Downtown Location, in Fort Stockton, Texas.
Due to Coronavirus, occupancy will be limited at all locations.
