Marti Jones

Marti H. Jones of Fort Stockton passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018, in Lubbock Texas at the age of 70 years. She was born on April 6, 1948, in Seattle Washington, to John Haydon and Jean Parker Haydon.

She attended the University of Washington, and worked in banking for many years. She owned and operated an indoor/outdoor nursery and art store in Seattle, and was a partner in Jones Leasing Inc. She was a member and secretary of Saint Stephens Episcopal Church. Her favorite charity was SEED, a local charity. She was a lover of living plants, flowers, and good food.

Marti is survived by her husband Ross Jones of Fort Stockton, brother, John R. Haydon and sister, Rusty Haydon.

She is preceded in death by her parents; John Haydon and Jean Parker Haydon and her sister Molly Haydon.
