Maria was born May 8, 1955, in Rio Bravo Tamaulipas, Mexico to Esteban Reyes-Tovar and Velia Cerna-Salinas, she was raised in San Carlos, Coah. Mexico where she later married Silvestre Perez Hernandez on March 30, 1974, in San Carlos, Coah, Mexico.
Maria is survived by her loving husband of 47 years Silvestre Perez, 3 sons Manuel Andres (Alma) Perez, Silvester (Efren) Perez, and Esteban (Dora) Perez. Grandchildren Lorena, Yakelin, Yoleesa, Valentino, Valerio, Alyah, Belia, Emelie and Mayra Perez.
