Maria Rosario Gonzales 71, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2013. Maria was a lifelong resident of Fort Stockton and a faithful member of St. Agnes Catholic Church. She was born here on September 8, 1942, to Pilar and Gregoria Gonzales.
Mrs. Gonzales is survived by her brother, Roy Gonzales two sisters, Josephine Gonzales and Margarita Barrera.
Mrs. Gonzales was preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation will take place at Heritage Funeral Home from 1:00 pm. 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6th. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass at St. Josephs Catholic Church will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 7, 2013.
