Maria Ann "MaryAnn" Alvarado was born September 15, 1965, in Fort Stockton, Texas to Felipe and Felipa Campos. She attended school in Fort Stockton, Texas. MaryAnn worked at the local nursing home and as a caretaker. MaryAnn loved to cook and sing for her family. She enjoyed singing with her brother Jesse in their church. She met Thomas Alvarado in Fort Stockton, Texas they were married April 27, 2010, in Fort Stockton, Texas.
MaryAnn Alvarado is proceeded in death by her parents, Felipe and Felipa Campos as well as her brother Jesse Campos, nephew Noe Campos, niece Lindsey Garcia, great uncle Domingo Arenas and Saul Cadena.
MaryAnn is survived by her husband Thomas Alvarado of Fort Stockton, Texas her daughter Edith Jaques husband Sammy Jaques of Odessa, Texas; 3 grandchildren, Santiago Subia, Jody Subia, David Menchaca. Brother Armando Campos of Fort Stockton, Texas; sister Rosalia Campos of Odessa, Texas, Francis Dailey husband Orin Daily of Odessa, Texas. Sister Alice Burgess of Roswell, New Mexico; Janie Campos, husband Joe Primera of Fort Stockton, Texas. Nephews Jaime Primera of Fort Stockton, Texas; Joe Campos of Roswell, New Mexico, Journey Primera of Fort Stockton, Texas. Nieces Lesley Campos, April Cantu, Julia Primera, Maria Angela Chasco, Rachel Campos, and Ruth Sanchez. She leaves behind many great nieces and nephews and 1 great great nephew.
MaryAnn always volunteered with the local food bank and the family asks that any donations can be made to the local food bank.
Visitation at Heritage Funeral Home of the Big Bend will be 12:00 noon till 7:00 PM Thursday, December 30, 2021. Pray service will be 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday in the Chapel at Heritage Funeral Home of the Big Bend with Rev. Richard Martinez with Believers Fellowship Church will be officiating. Private burial will take place at a later date. Pallbearers will be Santiago Subia, Jody Subia, Journey Primera, Branden Tejada, Jose Tejada, Jasper Laabs, Daniel Laabs. Honorary pallbearer will be Easton James Milner.
