Manuel F. Salmon of Fort Stockton passed away Saturday, September 22, 2018, in Fort Stockton, Texas at the age of 78 years. He was born on September 5, 1940 in Fort Stockton, Texas, to Sefferino and Cruz F. Salmon.
He was a great father friend and neighbor. He never met a stranger and always wanted to help anyone in need.
Manuel is survived by his wife; Margarita, sons; Hector Salmon, and wife Cissy of Fort Stockton, Oscar Salmon and wife Melba of Fort Stockton, Armando Salmon and wife Blanca of Fort Stockton, Joe Salmon and wife Nelly of Odessa, Texas. Daughter; Nora Nelon and husband Kenny of Telephone, Texas. 3 sisters; Oralia Dominquez, Aurora Duran, Estolia Holquin. 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Sefferino and Cruz F. Salmon, two brothers, Abelino Salmon, Roy Castelo, two sisters, Luisa Porras, and Elfida Franco.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 12pm-7pm at Heritage Funeral Home in Fort Stockton, Texas with Rosary at 7 pm. Funeral Services will be Wednesday September 26, 2018 at St. Joseph's at 2pm in Fort Stockton, burial to follow at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery.
