Lucas is survived by his son, Roy Celaya and wife Linda of Midland; his brothers, Nasario Celaya, Chon Celaya; his sisters, Lucy Scott, Margaret Celaya, Lupe Gonzales; his grandchildren, Samantha Celaya, and Katie Celaya.
The visitation will be held from 12 to 2pm, December 11, 2020, at Heritage Funeral Home. The service will be at 2pm, December 11, 2020, at Heritage Funeral Home.
