Linda Duncan

Linda Katheryn Duncan of Fort Stockton Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday August the 8th 2025 at the age of 78.

She was born November 6th 1946 in Benton, Illinois. Linda married Charles Duncan on October 19th 1963 in Hobbs, New Mexico. After marriage, she traveled to numerous places across the United States as a proud wife of an Air Force Airman. Linda and her family settled in what would be her hometown of Fort Stockton in 1982. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist church where she served as secretary, played the piano and loved to sing. She traveled to China to do Missionary work along with her sister Virginia Randall. Linda worked for several years at the senior citizens center as the director. She truly enjoyed her time in that capacity and made many lifelong friends. Even though she lost most of her eye sight later in life, she continued to minister to others.

Linda was proceeded in death by her husband Charles Duncan.

She is survived by her daughter Karla Mitchell and her husband Robert. Son Kevin Duncan and his wife Mellyssa. Grandchildren Drew Mitchell and wife Amanda. Kaitlin Allain and husband Louis. Alyssa Duncan and J.T. Duncan. Great grandchildren Kennedy and Makenzie Allain, Kaylie and Ryan Mitchell and J.J. Marquez. Linda is also survived by sisters Virginia Randall and Sharon Dukes.

Graveside services for Linda Duncan will be held at East Hill Cemetery in Fort Stockton Texas on Wednesday August 13th 2025 at 11am. Pastor John O'Connell will officiate. Family and friends are welcomed to attend.

Linda touched so many lives and will be greatly missed. It's only goodbye for now, we know we will see her again.
