Juliana Miramontez, 88, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022. She was born in Terlingua, Texas on January 28, 1934, to Francisco and Elpidia Lopez.
Juliana was an exceptional mother and father to her children. She was also her grandchildren’s caretaker. She worked very hard to provide for her family. Juliana loved to cook and made sure everyone ate when visiting her. Her chile colorado and pollo were the best! She loved coffee, conchas, toast, tamales, pan de rancho and red enchiladas. Juliana was a character and never stayed behind when there was a party or family event. Juliana will be missed greatly by her loved ones.
Juliana is preceded in death by her parents Francisco and Elpidia Lopez. Brothers Jesus Lopez, Enrique Lopez, Rojelio Lopez. Sisters Margarita Muñiz y Barbara Guzman.
She is survived by her sons Hector Encinas (Elodia), Lorenzo Encinas, David Bislar (Erika), Toribio Bislar (Alma), Rojelio Bislar (Aimee) y her daughter Rosy Villarreal (Miguel). Sisters Rebecca Bernal, Rosa Lopez, and Juanita Garcia. Brothers Augustine Lopez, Jose Lopez, and Manuel Lopez. 21 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers Joe Encinas Jr., Rudy Encinas, David Bislar Jr., Erik Bislar, Ricardo Villarreal, Roy Bislar Jr., Christian Bislar and Arisdel Bislar.
