Joe Ybarra

Joe Luis Ybarra, of Fort Stockton passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018, in Fort Stockton, Texas at the age of 53 years. He was born on August 1, 1965 in Fort Stockton, Texas, to Joe and Jesusita Ybarra.

Joe graduated in 1984 from Fort Stockton, Texas. He was involved with the community as an EMT, always putting others first. He loved people and enjoyed his job as a deputy sheriff in San Angelo, Tom Green County, Texas, where he retired after 24 years of service.

Joe is survived by his mother; Jesusita Ybarra, ex-wife; Angie Pacheco, daughter; Erica Ybarra Valenzuela and husband Ross of Kyle, Texas, brothers; Javier Ybarra, Jaime Ybarra, Juan Ybarra, Jerry Valles, sisters; Lisa Ybarra, Eva Marie Ybarra, two grandchildren; Caroline Grace Valenzuela, and Claire Esperanza Valenzuela.

He is preceded in death by his father Joe Moreno Ybarra, Jr.
