Jesus Guadalupe Barraza, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on January 29, 2026, in Fort Stockton, Texas.

There will be no formal funeral services at this time. Jesus will be honored with cremation, a gentle reminder of his enduring spirit.

Born in El Porvenir, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Tomas and Esperanza Barraza on December 12, 1978, Jesus grew up with a zest for life that would carry him into adulthood. He attended school in Dell City, Texas, where he began to forge the values and work ethic that would guide him in his career.

On March 9, 2004, he united in marriage with his beloved wife, Dianna, in Loving, New Mexico. Together, they built a life filled with love and memories. For over 20 years, Jesus dedicated his life to working in the oil field, embodying a commitment to providing for his family. While proud of his work, it was his family that remained at the heart of his life.

Jesus reveled in the joy of family gatherings, where laughter and love flowed freely. His greatest treasure was his grandson, Jaeden, whose bright spirit filled his heart with endless joy.A lifelong die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan, Jesus could always be found rooting for his team, rarely missing a game. He found happiness in the simple pleasures of life: grilling outdoors, listening to music, and unwinding while watching wrestling. These moments, rich with love and laughter, are lasting memories that his family will hold close.

Jesus is survived by his devoted wife, Dianna; his sons, Dominic Fuenets and Juan Murillo; his daughter, Karina Barraza; and his cherished grandson, Jaeden Barraza. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Lorena Barraza.

As we remember Jesus Guadalupe Barraza, we celebrate a life filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments that will remain in the hearts of those who knew him. His spirit will forever guide and inspire his family and all who were fortunate enough to share in his journey.

Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. I Corinthians 13:4
