Isela Leyva Ramos

Isela Ramos, 67, of Fort Stockton, Texas went on to be with our Precious Lord on October 08, 2023.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 11^th, 2023, from 12:00PM – 7:00PM at Heritage Funeral Home of the Big Bend 301 N. Main St. Fort Stockton, Texas. There will be a meeting on Wednesday, October 11^th, 2023, at 7:00PM at Heritage Funeral Home of the Big Bend 301 N. Main St.  Fort Stockton, Texas 79735.  A second meeting will be on Thursday, October 12^th, 2023, also at Heritage Funeral Home of the Big Bend 301 N. Main St. Fort Stockton, Texas 79735 at 10:00AM with Roy Leyva from ­­­­­­­­­­­The Church in Fort Stockton giving a message and celebrating Isela’s life.

Isela was born in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Cruz and Faustina Leyva on August 13, 1956.  Isela was raised in Belding Farms.  Isela attended school in Fort Stockton, Texas up to the 9^th grade.  Isela married Luis Armando Ramos on May 31, 2018, in Fort Stockton, Texas.  Isela was a homemaker all her life enjoying the Church life, her family and gardening.  Isela was a God-fearing woman who constantly prayed making her a warrior for our Lord Jesus Christ.

Isela is preceded in death by her parents Cruz and Faustina Leyva, brothers Alfonso Leyva and Saul Leyva.

Isela is survived by her husband Luis Armando Ramos, three children Selene Mendoza, Ruby Armendariz, and Cesar Hernandez; four grandchildren Yesenia Lopez, Nasya Hernandez, Gema Armendariz and Neymar Armendariz. Isela is also survived by brothers Carlos Oscar Leyva, Roy Leyva, and Sergio Leyva, sisters Irene Posada, Idelia Paz, Irma Rojas, and her Church family.

The family of Isela wishes to extend their most sincere thanks to all the Saints, friends and family who have been with them during this difficult time.
