Minnie was currently working for the Pecos County Precinct 2 as an administrative assistant where she was often the first smiling face to greet everyone as they walked through the door.

It was well known that every morning her special list of family and friends would receive a text containing daily scripture from a faithful Herminia. Minnie loved life as a Devout Catholic always praying for her loved ones and attending church services with her grandchildren in tow. Minnie was a woman of strong faith and hope always wearing her religious medallions and obtaining blessed pieces to give to others in their moments of joy and need. She was a catechist for Our Lady of Guadalupe parishes where she further taught and was loved by all her students and congregation.
