Catarino Melendez

Catarino "Pachy" R. Melendez of Mexico passed away Thursday May 19, 2016, in Fort Stockton at the age of 59 years. Pachy was born on April 30, 1957, to Matias and Ofelia Melendez in Mexico. He loved to watch soccer and spending time and singing with his family. He enjoyed horse races, making people laugh, and singing karaoke.
Pachy is survived by his wife Connie Melendez of 36 years; his son, Noel Melendez and wife Erica Rivera of Fort Stockton; his daughters Karime Melendez of Fort Stockton, Cindy Melendez of Fort Stockton; His brother Matias, Reyes, Tony; his sisters Graciela, Cruz, Lidia, Delma, Martina, Maribel; his grandchildren Annalee, Tatiana, LeAnna.
Pachy is preceded in death by his parents, Matias and Ofelia Melendez.
Visitation will be from 3-6 pm on Saturday, May 21st, 2016, and from 11-7pm on Sunday, May 22nd, 2016 at Heritage Funeral Home in Fort Stockton, Texas. Rosary will begin at 7pm on Sunday, May 22nd, 2016. Funeral service will begin at 10:00 am on May 23rd, 2016, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Stockton, Texas. Burial will be at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery in Fort Stockton, Texas.

Catarino "Pachy" R. Meléndez de México falleció jueves 19 mayo, 2016, en Fort Stockton a la edad de 59 años. Pachy nació el 30 de abril de 1957, a Matias y Ofelia Melendez en México. A él le gustaba ver partidos de f&uacutetbol y pasar el tiempo y el canto con su familia. Disfrutó de carreras de caballos, haciendo reír a la gente, y el canto de karaoke.
Pachy sobreviven su esposa Connie Meléndez de 36 años; su hijo, Noel Melendez y esposa Erica Rivera, de Fort Stockton; sus hijas Karime Melendez de Fort Stockton, Cindy Melendez de Fort Stockton; Su hermano Matías, Reyes, de Tony; sus hermanas Graciela, Cruz, Lidia, Delma, Martina, Maribel; sus nietos -Annalee, Tatiana, Leanna.
Pachy es precedido en la muerte sus padres, Matias y Ofelia Melendez.
El velorio será del 3-6 de la tarde el sábado, 21 de mayo de, 2016, y desde 11-7pm el domingo, 22 de de mayo de, 2016 a la Herencia funeraria en Fort Stockton, Texas. Rosario comenzará a las 7 pm el domingo, 22 de mayo de 2016. El servicio funeral comenzará a las 10:00 am el 23 de mayo de 2016, en la iglesia católica de San José en Fort Stockton, Texas. El entierro será en Fort Stockton cementerio católico en Fort Stockton, Texas.
