Jose Rivera

Jose "Jessie" Jesus Rivera of Fort Stockton, TX passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at the age of 64 years. He was born on April 2, 1955 in Fort Stockton, Texas, to Jesus and Guadalupe Rivera.

He enjoyed music and played several instruments. He was a joker. He loved to cook. He was KFST number 1 fan.

Jessie is survived by his father, Jesus Rivera; his brothers, Enrique Rivera, Rolando Rivera, Juan Rivera, Jesus Ureste, Armando Ureste; his honorary brother, Mario Ruiz; his sisters, Sixta Ureste, Romelia Hernandez, Hilda Rivera, Elda Nino, Rosa Esqueda.

Jessie is preceded in death by his mother, Guadalupe Rivera; and his brother, Jose Angel Rivera.

Visitation will be on Thursday, June 6, 2019, from 3pm-8pm at Templo Buen Pastor in Fort Stockton, Texas. Graveside Services will be at 10am on Friday, June 7, 2019, at East Hill Cemetery in Fort Stockton, Texas.
