Carolina Agundiz

Carolina "Carol" Martinez Agundiz of Fort Stockton passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019, at the age of 59 years. She was born on February 17, 1959 in Fort Stockton, Texas, to Albino and Manuela Martinez.

Carol married Antonio Agundiz on January 3, 1981. She was a Catholic, God-fearing woman who always took care of her family. She worked as a cashier before retiring to take care of her kids.

Carol is survived by her husband of 39 years, Antonio Agundiz; her sons, Daniel Agundiz and wife Jennifer of Fort Stockton, Anthony Agundiz of Fort Stockton; her daughter, Nancy Agundiz and fianc�½ Norman Wells of Midland; her brothers, Emilio Martinez of Big Lake, Albino Martinez of Fort Stockton, Alfredo Martinez and wife Anita of Fort Stockton; and her sisters, Rosa Soto and husband Eduardo of Big Lake, Alberta Garcia and husband Angel of Midland, Josephina "Josie" Miron and Manuel of Odessa.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Arturo Martinez; and her sister, Elvira Sotelo.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 4pm-7pm at Heritage Funeral Home in Fort Stockton, Texas with Rosary at 7 pm. Funeral Services will be Friday February 1, 2019 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 10 am in Fort Stockton, burial to follow at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery.
